Agents map entity options and local rules, country by country.

  • Map entity options and local requirements by country
  • Draft a step-by-step rollout plan
  • Prepare inter-company and local agreements from templates
  • Track registrations and deadlines per country

A cross-border lawyer picks the structure and flags what needs local counsel.

  • Which structure to use
  • Local law points to confirm with in-country counsel
  • Tax and employment exposure
  • Sign-off on the plan

You enter with a rollout plan, not a list of surprises.

  • Market-entry memo
  • Structure chart
  • Inter-company agreements
  • Country checklist
The workflow

International expansion, from intake to sign-off.

Ten seconds on a sample matter. Agents prepare, a senior lawyer vets, you receive.

Roadmap

From the day you hand it over to the day you receive it.

Six steps, the same on every matter. You always know where yours is and who has it.

  1. Starts the moment you send it

    You hand over the matter

Describe it by email or through the request form. Tell us the documents you have, the date you need it by and who we should talk to. Confidential documents are shared only through a secure channel agreed with you.

  2. Before any work starts

    Scope confirmed in writing

A reviewing lawyer is named. You get the scope, the list of documents we still need and the delivery date, in writing, for your approval.

  3. In the background

    Agents prepare

Trained agents do the groundwork on your documents. Anything missing is flagged back to you as it appears, not at the end.

  4. Before anything is released

    A lawyer reviews

The reviewing lawyer makes the judgement calls, edits the work and signs it off. Nothing moves to the next step without that.

  5. On the agreed date

    You receive the outcome

The finished pack arrives with the reviewing lawyer named on it, ready to act on.

  6. After delivery

    Walk-through and follow-up

A call to take you through it, answers to follow-up questions, and every document kept in your matter workspace.

How fast?

The delivery date is agreed with you in writing before work starts. It depends on the volume of documents, the number of jurisdictions and how urgent it is, so tell us the deadline when you send the matter and we plan back from it.

Start with one request.

Most pilots begin with a single request type and grow from there.
